The investment provider is an established UK PLC finance company that specialises in providing asset-backed funding to the UK property development and SME markets. Their mission is to help build more homes and grow stronger businesses whilst achieving strong returns for their bondholding investors.
The Investment provider’s total bond raise is for 500m GBP, but this will be achieved in a series of rolling smaller raises for specific purposes and all carrying appropriate coupon rates.
